My name is Jacob and I am 7 years old. It always makes me feel sad when I see people who are homeless, so I want to try and help.

It’s hard to protect yourself from the coronavirus outbreak when youre homeless. People who are sleeping rough are more likely to suffer from breathing problems. They cant wash their hands. And if someone is sleeping rough or in a crowded night shelter, its impossible to self-isolate.

I have loved doing my live workouts everyday, so rather than do my normal 20 minute session, I am going to do a 1 hour live fitness class, followed by a 5km run with my mum and 20km cycle with my dad. All in one day. I hope that you can join me.
