Story
Thank you for visiting my page to hear about my story of why I am running the London Marathon.
When I was 9 years old my English teacher asked us to write down one goal we wanted to achieve and for some reason I wrote to finish the London Marathon, so this is me making that happen.
I wanted to partner with a charity that sat close to my heart, hence teaming up with the MS Trust.
My Dad was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis (MS) on the day I was born and then my Mum was also diagnosed with MS when I was 15. The disease has led to both my parents losing the ability to walk, being bed bound and needing full-time carers. I am lucky enough to have an amazing brother to go through this trial we face together and I am also lucky to have 2 parents who love and look after me, despite their disabilities and I couldn't ask for anymore.
The MS Trust supply support for people going through similar situations as me and my family. My target is £3,000, although ambitious I really do hope to achieve that goal and anything that you can give will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to running you all proud.
P.S I can't wait to FaceTime my Mum on the finish line!
