Me and three friends have set ourselves a bit of a challenge to do Race the Sun in the Brecon Beacons.  It's 85K+ of cycling, a 12K run (both with significant climbs) then finished off with a 3K Canoe.

We've all committed to put in some serious training beforehand so we're hoping to put in a very respectable time.  I'll be posting my training on instagram and strava so you can follow my pain.
