The Mid Devon police cadet group chose Children’s Hospice South West as our charity for 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we’ve not been able to do much to fundraise for them. As part of my Duke of Edinburgh award I wanted to do something to fundraise and thought this would be the perfect charity. They’ve had less donations and events than normal this year and really do such great work. Since I had Covid back in April, my fitness and breathing hasn’t got back to normal, so this will be a challenge for me.  I’m hoping to manage to do the distance within a month, but it may run over. I will map my progress on Strava and keep you all posted on here and Facebook.
