Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind are Teesside’s leading local mental health charity and since they were founded in 1995 they’ve provided support to over 35,000 people across Teesside. Gradually growing from a team of three to a team of 120, who now support 10,000 local people every year who are seeking to positively manage their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

From a dedicated children and young people service to specialist therapy for more complex mental health problems, wellbeing groups and a support network for older people, to its community outreach worker working with Teesside’s local Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind provide care and professional support to local people of all ages and circumstances.
