Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. No-one is going to argue that the last 18 months have been incredibly difficult for us all. So, we wanted to do something to support those who have had a tougher time than most, whether that is due to the pandemic or other reasons. We have chosen to support the Home-Start, a fantastic charity with a network of trained volunteers across the country, who bring hope and comfort to families with young children experiencing challenging times. That could be disability, illness, mental ill health, money issues or divorce, for example. To support Home-Start’s important work, a team of 13 valiant Stannah employees with be braving the Great South Run 10k on Sunday 17 October. The intrepid team consists of employees from across the business: Alastair Stannah, Allan McKenzie, Craig Mellor, Dave Thomas, Jack Purdue, Katie Tovey, Kirsty Brown, Kristy Lewis, Nick Dobson, Richard Holt, Russell Bedford, Simon Kempster and Will Davis, all ably co-ordinated by Richard Baugh. If you can donate any amount, large or small, it would be greatly appreciated. What’s more Stannah will generously match fund every donation. If you can’t donate, a few words of encouragement or anything you can do to promote life-changing work Home-Start do, would be fabulous. Wish us luck!
