On Sunday 13th October, I will be running the beautiful Royal Parks Half Marathon for the amazing cause which is the Royal Marsden.

I will be doing this in honour of my girlfriend's mum (Diane) and also for my 'nanny' (Barbara). These two amazing people both didn't have the best time with their cancer stories but they had the amazing organisation of the Royal Marsden by their side, helping and supporting them every step of the way.

That is why I am asking for you do to the same like the Royal Marsden did for my family and friends,
