Event: SJPCF My Virtual Mission, from 1 March 2022 to 30 April 2022
In March and April 2022 intrepid SJP explorers are taking on one of seven virtual challenges - run, walk, cycle or swim to raise money for the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation.

Story

Unfortunately, not everyone has a fair start in life. I want to help those who are not as fortunate, by raising money to provide them with the support and opportunities, which will help them reach their full potential.

I am running 31 marathons in May.

To take on this challenge, my training has included running:

  • At least 5km for 151 days in a row, without a day off
  • 100km Ultramarathon (62 miles) over 14 hours
  • Over 1,000 miles in 2022

The St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation support

- Young people with physical or mental health difficulties or life-threatening or degenerative conditions
- Young people who are socially or economically disadvantaged
- Cancer patients, hospices, and mental health

Any funds raised will be matched £1 for £1 by St. James’s Place. If gift-aid is selected, a £10 donation after gift-aid and matching would gift £25.

My target is to raise £20,000. I can't do this alone. I greatly appreciate anyone who is able to donate or share!
