Jack's 1st Birthday

Fundraising for Maternity Worldwide
£190
raised of £150 target
Celebrating the birthday of Jack Stevenson, 11 January 2019
We're asking you to remember Mary and Joseph Chimwanza's Christmas story and donate to help save lives in childbirth.

Story

Jack had a very difficult entry into the world and it made us wonder what would've happened if we hadn't had access to medical care.

Every year around 303,000 women die in childbirth and around a million babies die within 24 hours of birth. It's heartbreaking to think that most of these deaths could be easily avoided through measures which are readily available in the UK.

Jack's been given so many things since (and even before!) he was born and there's really nothing else he needs at the moment. We'd be really grateful if you could spare a couple of pounds for Maternity Worldwide instead of birthday presents. Of course, you don't have to fork out for either- he'd just love a birthday cuddle off everyone. :-)

Thanks!
