This year I shall once again be taking part in the annual Norwich Starlight walk raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Care.  I had a break last year when the course was reduced to 8 miles - this year it's back up to the full outer ring road (14 miles) so that should be fun!

My companion for the walk will once again be the lovely Mrs Jane Crane and I'm sure we'll find something to talk about for 4 hours or however long it takes us - let's hope it's a dry balmy evening this time round....
