Sometimes if you don't do something, you know you're never going to do it.  So this year it was now or never, and after many 10ks and half-marathons, time for the big one.

Thank you so much for supporting me.  Aspire is the most brilliant charity. It is impossible to overestimate the importance of their work in helping disabled people, many of whom are sportmen and women who've suffered serious spinal injuries.  A new purpose-built wheelchair  or rebuilding a home to make it wheelchair-friendly genuinely changes lives. The more you can give, the more peoples' lives you will be improving.   So think of that, and please think of me on the 17th April as the miles creep by....
