Thanks for visiting my page. As most of you know I have been through a health struggle. I was given the help and encouragement to get myself back doing the thing I love, swimming, by a wonderful charity.  So Many people struggle and do not realise help is there for them by these amazing charities, both in care and research .  I am swimming the pier to pier and every penny I get in support will go to help others.
