I will be taking part in the Help for Heroes 2012 Big Battlefield Bike ride, alongside our injured servicemen and women. The route is 350 miles over five days. This is a massively challeging event for someone who has not been on a bike since secondary school! But I have been training hard throughout the winter and all the pain will be worth it if I reach my sponsorship target.
