I am cycling the Prudential Ride London 100 in August as training for a fun challenging event  I am doing in August from Leighton Buzzard to Kirriemuir (JM Barries birthplace creator of Peter Pan)

Strength of mind is key for facing any life challenge and there is a much needed charity of which I am passionate about that is raising awareness and supporting our young people.

Young Minds is leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. Young minds is here to make sure they get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life's difficulties.

The crisis in children and young peoples mental health is real and it is urgent. More children and young people than ever before are reaching out for help with their mental health. But for those who take that brave step, help is much too hard to find.

Together, young minds is changing this. Young Minds is fighting for young peoples mental health.
