£400 is the total cost for a rescue to vaccinate, vet check and re-home the average dog. In January they will have a huge in-take that will continue for the start of 2019 with the usual ‘puppy for Christmas that wasn’t thought out’. Bentley is a new case and the photo broke my heart.
