Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm running in the Bupa London 10k on May 31st for the 125th anniversary of SSAFA Forces Help. It's a privilege to be able to raise funds for this nature of work, which is close to my heart and a passion I share.
SSAFA Forces Help is the charity which provides limitless support to help those who need it when the going gets tough or in-service people want support outside the chain of command. SSAFA provides a reliable, caring and trusted service to more than 50,000 serve related people around the world each year. Help is given in the following areas: welfare, disability, injuries, bereavement support groups, a confidential support line, homelessness care and housing, family break-ups, adopting children whilst in-service, transportation, healthcare and more.
SSAFA have challenged me to raise a minimum of £200 for this event, i've set the target at £250
