Please sponsor me in my upcoming bike ride from London to Paris in September. I want to raise at least £1,000 by the 7th of July for the Alzheimer's Society. For over a year I worked as a carer in a residential home in Dorset (no doubt you have heard at least one of my stories!) and ever since then I have been determined to do something to raise money to provide more support for people living with dementia, as well as their families and carers. Working with those with dementia is as tough as it is rewarding, and from my experience we need as much help as we can get to ensure those in the future, people like Gwen, Audrey and June and those around them, get the right support.

I will be doing some decent cycling most weekends from now on, so come and join me for some training if you are keen!
