Story

In September 2023, Arun was placed under the care of Myton Hospice, Coventry at the age of 23. After a 5 year fight with cancer, a stroke, and all of life’s challenges Arun spent his last weeks here being looked after by some of the most remarkable care teams. The Myton team are outstanding and in his memory I will be conquering my greatest fears to raise money to continue their excellent work.

Anybody that knows me knows that I can’t handle heights or edges (honestly watch a panic attack on a high kerb), so abseiling down the side of Coventry Cathedral isn’t exactly a small challenge for me.

Arun taught me that human strength knows no bounds.

I'm taking part in The Myton Hospices Abseil down Coventry Cathedral to help them raise vital funds! We know that is a lot of money but with your support, we are confident that we can achieve it!

Providing dedicated care and support for people with terminal illnesses, and their families, in their inpatient beds and in the community continues to be their primary focus, and they need to raise £10.5 million this year to do this. They can't do it without the support of people like me and you so please consider sponsoring me today!
