I'm running the Leeds 10k to raise money for Leeds based charity Zest! Zest helps those who live in disadvantaged communities to promote happy and healthy lifestyles. 

In Leeds:1 in 5 people live in a deprived community37,000 people live in social isolationMen are 5 times more likely than women to take their own lives People living in the poorest communities die, on average 3 years earlier than the rest.Luckily for them Zest is working in these areas to help make Leeds a better place for everyone, but we can not do it alone.
