Jack has chosen for donations made in his memory to be given to the Willow Foundation. The Willow Foundation provide special days for seriously ill 16-40 year olds. In May 2013 the Willow Foundation team, arranged a wonderful day out for our family to The Shard in London, giving us something to look forward to and many happy memories.
