For the past 2-3 months Chris (Dad) has been on a health campaign.  As part of this, we are doing a 5km run through the beautiful grounds of Bath Spa University, via scenic footpaths, a castle, a lake and even a garden temple!

4 weeks ago Jack and Chris didn't run, so it's been a fast programme for us to learn.  We've been out running every other evening and have done the Couch to 5km course in half the time.
