As part of one of our university modules we are required to document our efforts to raise funds for a social enterprise. Calum's Cabin is our choice of charity as it provides an escape to the families of children suffering from cancer to the Isle of Bute, and after visiting both Calum's cabin and cottage we believe it has the right aims and were all very impressed with its progress.  To support them to continue the great work we are completing a 26.8 km split between 13.4 km cycle followed by a 13.4 km run. We decided on doing this as all of our distances combined (134 km) equates to the approximate distance between Glasgow Caledonian University and Calum's Cabin and back.
