Story
This January, I will be challenging myself to get active every day. Whether running, swimming, cycling or walking. My fitness or lack of fitness! and fundraising efforts combined with your generosity will help continue Minds life-changing work, ensuring no-one has to face a mental health problem alone. This is also helping my own, nobody has an easy ride and the exercise I am doing is making me realise many things and showing myself I can push myself further than I think.
