Really excited to be raising money for such a great charity. When I was younger my dad died when I was 14 years old, and I went on a journey of surpressed grief, lack of goals and enjoyment in life, before finally the grief hit my like a wrecking ball in my mid twenties. Thankfully now there are so many great charities to help that people can get involved with, but when it happened to me it wasn't easy to get in touch with mental health or grief charities and it made it really confusing and challenging, let alone the horrible feeling of grief to someone special.
