I wanted to do something that would be a real challenge at 61 years old and having a hip operation in March 2013 this 14 day cycle journey will definitely fit the bill. I have been lucky in life in that I have my wonderful family some great friends and my health. Unfortunately last November  one of those great friends Bob Stavers who suffered from heart disease lost his battle, my journey will be in his memory so please support me by donating kindly to this very worthy charity who continue to fight this disease.
