Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! This September I'm running the Ealing Half Marathon for Doctors Without Borders/ Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). The last time I attempted this race I ended up in the local emergency department so I will be focusing on my pacing this year :)

Why MSF?

MSF provides lifesaving humanitarian assistance in response to emergencies around the world. Their teams of doctors, nurses, logisticians and water and sanitation specialists work in often dangerous locations to provide free medical care. From the Rohingya Refugee Crisis to the current Ebola Outbreak in the DRC, MSF provide essential support to people who need it most. I was recently on a research project in Southern Africa, when I learned about the vital emergency assistance that MSF provided to people affected by Cyclone Idai in Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe.

Any donations you can spare towards this amazing charity would be greatly appreciate. Many thanks!!
