As i'm sure your all aware im not a gifted runner so this is a massive challange for me and the thought of running 26 miles is a terrifying prospect. I would massivly appricate any donation to the charity. I will of course keep you updated with how the training is going and whether or not im still alive. Thank you to all those who donate it really does mean a lot to me.
I am running the Dublin Marathon to raise a target of £1000 to aid the Charity Leaders Quest in India. Along with Rafe Uppal from January 2014 until March I will be going out to India to contribute to their cause. The web page for Leaders Quest is http://www.leadersquest.org
This is some information about the charity and what they do:
Leaders’ Quest is a social enterprise committed to improving the quality and impact of leaders around the world. We deliver unique experiential programmes that participants find outstanding and transformational. Our growing global community connects more than 6,000 leaders.
We work with people to integrate social purpose with company performance. We mentor high-calibre leaders, from CEOs to grassroots organisers, and we empower some of the poorest in society to drive positive change.
Thank you all again,
Jack
