Story
Suicide and mental health are so closely connected, 1 in 4 people struggle with some kind of mental health in England a year and 1 in 6 people report a problem in a week that’s a lot right.
1 in 5 people have suicide thoughts and 1 in 15 people attempt suicide, it is also the biggest killer of men under 45.
People struggle to reach out to friends and loved ones but there’s an amazing charity called mind they work with all different mental health problems and suicide thoughts they literally do so much.
The mane reason for this is I’ve personally lost 5 friends to suicide and I don’t want to lose anymore and no one should have to go through it, so please if your struggling with anything no matter how big or small you may think it is please look up mind and have a read through there page and even give them a message they really are brilliant and for this reason I’m going to be doing the ultra Wight on the 30th of April and the 1st of may, it’s walking and running event it’s 65 miles, now I’m going to do it over two days 33.5 miles on first day and 32.3 the second day and I’m going to run both days.
100% I’ll run the first day and I will run the second day but there might be some walking in it but please I would really appreciate a small donation to help this amazing charity to help people live a happy life and see there’s is so much to live for. In memory of matty,Luke,Kyle,Danny and Andy.
Many thanks jack
(Stats taking from mind they may have changed)
This is my second page I had to delete my first one because it has to be in the name of national mind and mine was Solent mind but up till this new one I had raised £495 by 26 different donations and I had run 186.82 miles in training.
Once again thank you everyone that donates to this amazing charity
