Story

Hi all!

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are Jack Cummings & John Brady, 2 ex Servicemen who served and got injured in the British Army.

Both of us are beneficiaries of the Not Forgotten Charity and on the 6th of November we will be across the Pond in the Big Apple taking part in the New York Marathon.

Jack joined the Army at the age of 16 and deployed on 2 Tours of Afghanistan(2007 & 2010) and was injured by an IED explosion on his 2nd tour, resulting in losing both legs above the knee. The NFA have been there ever since and he has taken part in some incredible events, including Tennis at Wimbledon, Skiing in Colorado, Competing in the Veterans Games in Israel and attending the Queens Garden party at Buckingham Palace.

John served in the Infantry between 2012 and 2017 and was medically discharged. Like Jack he's attended the Queens Garden party and also went skiing in Colorado with the NFA.

The NFA have done so much for the both of us, so any donation made will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way to an amazing charity.

Thank you

Jack & John
