I am finally running the Liverpool Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in aid of Action against post partum psychosis who support patients and families with understanding and much needed help in a time of crisis. Postpartum Psychosis is a severe mental illness and is classed as a medical emergency which can occur in 1 out of every 500 mothers.  This charity is severely underfunded due to a lack in both research and understanding. This support group have helped my family and provided us with much needed information and I hope that this fundraising can continue to support other families in the same way. If you are able to spare a penny I would appreciate it if you could donate and help raise awareness so that others can act in the knowledge of this medical emergency.
