Story
So the best way to start this commentary is to say that I got talked into doing the London to Brighton Night Bike Ride...
This will be a challenge for me as, a) I don't eat carrots and therefore my night vision is drastically reduced (some might say non-existent), and b) I will be using a professional bike with cleats and they are about as easy to master as maths when you live very much in the right side of your brain.
Some good will come of this, though. Firstly, I get to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, definitely a worthy cause. Secondly, I will get buff and will be entitled to eat whatever I want after I finish and not feel guilty about it.
Any money you can donate would be very much appreciated. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. So please dig deep and donate now. You'll make one amateur cyclist very happy indeed.
