Story

The above picture is of me and my old school friend David (he is the short, gnome like one) on one of our early training rides.

This time last year David couldn't cycle.  After ten years of Parkinson's he was losing mobility and speech.  That all changed with pioneering deep brain surgery that restored his mobility allowing him to ride a bike.  The operation should give him another ten years without major symptoms.

However, I need him to continue laughing at my jokes for at least another thirty years, so it is vital that the next generation of treatment, including stem cell, is researched and developed.

It's a three day cycle to Bruge, Daniel my son is doing it with us and it would be very good to smash our funding goal, with your help!

Love and kisses

Jac
