I will be taking part in the 5km Solace UK sponsored cycle on Sunday 15th of July 2018. My sponsorship target is £300! Please support me in this fantastic cause and donate whatever you can! Not only will you be supporting an amazing organisation and facilitating the work they do, but also in this blessed month of Ramadan your reward will be multiplied.

Solace UK helps women who have become Muslim and face various challenges such as being kicked out of their family home and becoming homeless, being taken advantage off or abused due to a lack of a support network, suffering marital problems, helping those who face isolation and loneliness so that they feel part of a community and so much more.

Solace offers a thorough support scheme with weekly meetings where these problems are worked through together. I have personally witnessed sisters who's live's have been turned around and really can't recommend the charity enough!
