Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 11 years ago I met Christine Mills, who subsequently founded the charity Hope for Tomorrow, which  developed the World's first Mobile Chemotherapy Units, now known as Mobile Cancer Care units. These provide treatment close to patients' homes, reduce travelling distance and time and enable relationships to be formed with the medical staff and fellow patients. Meeting patients who have been treated on the units has made me realise the enormous value of this facility and the importance of the charity. There are now 10 units spread beween Cornwall and Lincolnshire.... and growing ...

Having offered assistance in various ways over recent years, I was asked by Christine to join the high flying team of 6, aiming to raise £24,000 by taking part in this wingwalk. She is not the sort of person to turn down ..... This amount would cover the cost of 600 critically important treatments on the Units.

The team are paying all the costs associated with this escapade. ANYTHING you give will go to the Charity.
