This year I’m taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks on Saturday 3rd June 2023 in aid of Brain Tumour Research.

My best friend and her family received the horrendous news late last year that their dad, Mick, has incurable brain cancer. Mick and Tracey welcomed me into their home as one of their own while growing up; from being the on-call taxi’s at 3am, throwing some of the best house parties, to simply being a listening ear. 

Ultimately their lives will never be the same, so this is just a small way I can show my support in a time when they need their friends and family the most.
