Hi friends, as many of you will know I'm not much of a runner but... on 21st May 2023, I am taking part in the Great West Run, in aid of YMCA Exeter! 

I'm currently a support worker here at the YMCA and I'm so proud to be running to raise vital funds to support our homeless young people in our city. I love being a part of the YMCA staff team and passionately believe in the work we do. 

YMCA Exeter support over 600 young people every year in their time of need, helping them overcome adversity and reach their unique potential. 

This could be through the provision of housing after homelessness, 1-2-1 wellbeing support for mental health challenges, or workplace training and advice after a period of unemployment.
