My name is Iyanah Samayoa, and I'm raising money for Swim Torrance not just because of the team's importance to me, but also because of the great friendships I've formed with my teammates. Swimming is an important part of my life not just because of the time I have spent practicing and competing, but also because of the successes and good swims I have had. I'd also want to express my gratitude to the coaches for their time spent with me. The coaches have always tried to help me improve my swimming skills since I joined the team, and I can't thank them enough because, without them, I wouldn't be the swimmer I am today.

The Swim-a-Thon is back in 2022. It will take place at the George Mannon Aquatic Center (GMAC) in Torrance, California on Sunday, June 12. This is our most important fundraising event, and we appreciate your active involvement. Just a reminder that we find a way to keep going even when misfortune slows us down or hinders our path. Our target is to raise at least $50,000. Because we're a charity, we rely on the active and continuous engagement of each family member to flourish.
