Fulham FC Foundation runs a number of different programmes for Children and Adults with disabilities in our local community. From Pan DisAbility Football to disability specific sessions; for those with Down's Syndrome, Autism, and Visual Impairments, our aim is to provide an environment best suited to the needs of the individual participants. All our DisAbility Programmes focus on the Ability of the participant and help them to achieve their potential. Funds raised from this walk will go a long way to supporting these programmes and the participants involved!
