I am a keen runner and have run a number of 10k races in the past, but until this point I have never run a half marathon so this will be my first!!

I am running for a fantastic charity called Nordoff Robbins, if you have never heard of them please check them out here http://www.nordoff-robbins.org.uk/ They are a national charity who use music as therapy to help people of all ages and with a range of conditions from physical to emotional difficulties.
