On Sunday 18th July I will be taking part in the Tough Mudder 5k. I have set up this page in order to raise funds for Sands an amazing charity, close to my heart.

Sands exists to support anyone affected by the death of a baby, to improve the bereavement care received by parents and families, and to promote research to reduce the number of babies dying

Sands wants to see a world where fewer babies die and when a baby does die, anyone affected receives the best possible care and support for as long as it's needed. 

By supporting Sands you are making an impact on the lives of parents today and babies yet to be born.

No parents should have to lose a baby. But unfortunately when the unimaginable happens, it’s nice to know there is somewhere to turn to.
