Hello everybody! You all know about my dog obsession and my admiration for the Mayhew Animal Home in London. They are brilliant, rescuing thousands of dogs and cats every year without any government funding or lottery aid. They rely entirely on donations from the public and it costs £3,000 a day to keep the centre running. It's a vital refuge for mistreated or abandoned animals and they need help and support.

So, you'll all be extremely amused to hear that I am doing a RUN. Yes, that's right, a RUN. To add to this I will be running wearing a SANTA OUTFIT. Can you believe it? This is a one-in-a-lifetime chance to see me doing something quite so ridiculous, and I think it's worth forking out for, don't you? Oh, to cap it off, I'll be taking my brother's dog Bolt on the run with me, the idea being that he can pull me along when the going gets tough. So dig deep everybody! (And don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box.)
