On October 6th i will be running the Shrewsbury Half Marathon.

 Severn Hospice is a charity close to my heart, who looked after my family when my Mum passed, and i don't think i'd be where i am today without them. 

Severn Hospice is with families from the moment they're referred to its care, for as long as they need it. This care is provided all day, every day for anyone in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales. This care is free. For every £1 you donate, they will spend 88p directly on care - and use the remaining 12p to make another £1.Last year, all those individual donations - large or small - added up to £8.98 million.
