Story

Hi

I'm going to be doing my 10KM run on a route along Aberdeen beach on the 10th or 11th of December. I've given 2 dates incase the weather is incredibly bad on one of them. If the weather does stand in my way, I will be completing the 10KM in the Aberdeen Sports Village gym.

I've decided to organise my own fundraising event because my family has been hit quite badly by Cancer over the years and this year especially. Most recently my Uncle Ken has been diagnosed with Brain and Lung Cancer. This has spurred me on to do something to help sufferers and their families in any way.

I want to raise £500 for Cancer Research UK but anything you can give I will be very very grateful for. Those who know me know that I'm not the sportiest of people, so this is a challenge for me (which is how I like it [-: )

Thanks for any help you can give [ :
