Since moving to London, I have the amazing opportunity to serve on an exchange with 7th Battalion, The Rifles. The Rifles sustained the highest level of losses and injuries of any frontline regiment in Afghanistan. 

Through my Battalion, I learned about the incredible work of Just Rifles who were set up to provide practical and immediate support to ex-service personnel who have serviced in the Rifles Regiment whether they have sustained injuries or need vocational training so they can get a worthwhile job.  

Just Rifles are one of the good guys. They have almost zero overheads and the money you donate actually goes to the Riflemen who need it. 

I've taken up the noble sport of boxing and will be fighting in a match on December 13th run by White Collar Boxing London - London's first and most trusted white-collar boxing organisation. They run amazing shows, care about their boxers and are committed to making sure you have a good time. 

I'm deeply honoured to serve with the Rifles and would be even more honoured if you support my cause.
