Ah,  I have decided to embark on a half marathon once more  This time it is the Royal Parks one here in London and for the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Essex (where I was born) :) 

I would be really grateful of anything you can spare for this very worthy cause. If you were unfortunate enough not to get round to sponsoring me a few years ago for the Great North Run - hey, its your lucky day!
