Hi everyone,

Please help me to raise money for the MND Association. On 8th August I'm going to be taking part in the London Triathlon in memory of my father-in-law Peter. He died last September after suffering from MND, and he is very deeply missed.

I wanted to really challenge myself whilst raising money for this great cause, so I'll be doing the olympic distance triathlon - 1500m swim/40k bike/10k run. I made it through my first triathlon in really stormy conditions in Windermere last weekend, and now I can't wait to do it all again in London!
