Tomorrow I'm riding the Dragon Ride Medio Fondo, approximately 8 hours of mountains and rain. (157km and 2,396 meters of climbing).  

Friends have convinced me that this is great chance to raise some cash for my wife Tilly's brilliant charity Love4Life. They're a small charity helping young people build confidence and make positive choices in their health, relationships and education. 

Tilly does amazing work and puts their needs above hers everyday. If you have a few quid spare this month, they (and I) would really appreciate it.
