In December 2021 I became very poorly and had to be admited to Noahs ark hospital in Cardiff. 

I suffered severe acute kidney failure.

I had lots of tests and treatments and all the Doctors and nurse's did a great job of looking after me and making me better. 

So now I am going to do this step challenge. I will walk the tip to the toe of Wales which is 421,000 steps (or 187 miles!). By raising money for this we are helping to continue to support the amazing work of the only children's hospital for Wales.

This will help me with my recovery and fitness so I can get back to running around and playing rugby again.
