I will be running the BUPA 10k on Sunday 25 May 2014 in London and the following day, on Monday 26 May 2014, I will be  cycling 100km from Milton Keynes to London in aid of Camp Kef.  

Camp Kef provides out of school activities and residential camps for special needs children across the country. Your money will allow them to continue to put smiles on the faces of so many children and provide much needed respite for their parents.
