Dear Friends,

We have a mighty journey ahead of us as we try to battle wind, snow and rain to train for our first ever marathon. Not quite the conditions us two are used to!

We know this will be the toughtest race we'll ever run (probably the last too) and we hope we can count on all of our friends and family for support and encouragement. We have decided to run for Refuge, a UK charity that works to end domestic violence against women and children. I hope you can contribute to this worthy cause.
